AODA Mandatory Information | Ontario Brokers

In June 2005, the Government of Ontario passed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act ("AODA"). The purpose was to create a barrier-free province by 2025, by incorporating standards that promote dignity and independence for those with disabilities.

The OADA is built around the core principles of independence, dignity, integration and equality of opportunit.

iA Financial Group's obligation under this legislation is to inform all brokers who act on the company's behalf in Ontario about the existence of the AODA. Considering that building an inclusive environment for our partners is integral to our success, you are required to carefully read the attached document by December 31, 2017.
