A Policies and Procedures Manual (PPM) is required to be documented for each licensee and/or entity, having detailed information regarding their service and business activity ("practice") to meet life insurance industry guidelines, regulation and legislation. 

PPM Compliance Forms and Reference Materials are for Global's Brokers to utilize and incorporate in their practice.  The information is grouped and labeled by content type:

• Appendix 
• Account Forms
• Disclosure Forms
• Reporting Forms
• Other Documents

To be sure you are utilizing current forms & materials, refer to the 4 digits at the end of the Title description, as materials are updated from time to time.  For example:  Document A01 Privacy Policy (2410) - means document version last updated in Oct 2024.  Note:  Global's compliance document version date format is 'YYMM' unless otherwise specified.
