Because we care about our clients' health and well‑being, we want to spread the word about the free support services that come with their insurance coverage. Since July 19, 2023, we've been sending an email to our clients informing them of the benefits that come with their insurance contract. |

People purchasing life, health or disability insurance will receive this email within 30 days of the effective date of their contract. People we've contacted in the last 12 months about other life or health insurance products will be excluded. See the email template. |

CONTRACT APPLICATION FORMS FOR ANNUITIES AND GIF HAVE BEEN UPDATED |
|
As of May 2023, new versions of the annuities and GIF contract application forms are available on Webi. You must now use them as they meet the regulatory requirements according to the anti‑money laundering and tax evasion efforts as well as the identity verification. To make the change easier, a transition period is planned up until September 29, 2023, inclusively. After that date, any other version of the form will be rejected. A client’s signature dated before this deadline will not be considered as an exception. Here is the complete list of forms affected by the update and which must now be used: |

CIVIC HOLIDAY IN ONTARIO ON MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2023 |
|
The first Monday of August is a Civic Holiday in Ontario. Fund companies located in this province will be closed or will maintain essential services on August 7, 2023. Furthermore, the Toronto Stock Exchange will be closed. Consequently, although our services and business hours remain unchanged, all transactions entered on August 7 will be dated August 8, regardless of the province. |
