Updated documents to help simplify procedures |

We’ve updated several of the documents used to apply for insurance contract. Enjoy a faster, simpler process with fewer signatures and fewer notices of modification. |

- Premium leather pocket folders are available on request
These pocket folders are available for Prestige Service files with an annual premium of $25,000 or more. Requests must now be made through the Pending Business tool (PB tool) or by email at Desjardins_Service@desjardins.com.

- End of optional policies
Due to low demand, optional policies are no longer available. This approach is designed to make our processes simpler so we can better support you.

Starting June 22, 2026, we’ll no longer accept the old versions of this form.
